SGH Medical Pharma Group in France is seeking a Plastics Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to work rotating shifts at our Val-Revermont site. You will ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and support the maintenance team.

Reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager, your duties include operating and programming robots in an ISO 8 cleanroom, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Training in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Significant experience in industrial maintenance, plastics industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electricity.

Responsabilités

• Operate and program robots and specialized machinery in an ISO 8 cleanroom environment.
• Perform corrective maintenance on production equipment: diagnosis, repairs, and documentation.
• Participate in the development and improvement of the preventive maintenance plan.
• Perform preventive maintenance operations in accordance with the established schedule.
• Identify requirements for technical supplies needed for maintenance, then submit procurement requests to your supervisor.
• Participate in decisions regarding equipment investments and propose solutions for technical upgrades.
• Conduct and monitor regulatory inspections of facilities.
• Take the initiative in continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing the reliability, safety, and performance of equipment.
• Ensure the maintenance of the building and cleanrooms.
