Workforce Unlimited - Boston is recruiting for a Picker/Packer/Machine Operator to join a small, friendly team on a temporary basis. Full training will be provided, with work on a coating line and packing/dispatch of orders.

The role requires physical strength, reliability and punctuality, with shifts across 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 8am-4pm and occasional weekend overtime. Probationary period will review pay based on performance.

• Physically capable of handling large panels and materials.
• Willing to learn and operate machinery with full training provided.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Job Title: Picker/Packer/Machine Operator

Location: Just 2 miles from Boston town centre

Contract: Temporary

Hours: Monday to Friday - shifts could be rotating, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / possibly 8am - 4pm and overtime available occasionally at weekends.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (to be reviewed after probationary period)
