Photo Representative Full Time (Paris)

Build & Lead Our Artist Representation Division

Company Overview

We are a creative production company operating at the intersection of fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle and culture. Originally founded in New York we are expanding our footprint in Europe and establishing a dedicated presence in Paris, one of the world’s most influential creative capitals.

Position Overview

You are plugged into Paris’ creative ecosystem from maisons and agencies to stylists, magazines and producers. You have a track record of representing talent, securing meaningful creative work and nurturing long‑term industry relationships.

This role blends business development, talent strategy and industry influence. You will help define the roster position artists for growth and build this division from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with brands, maisons, creative agencies, production companies, editorial teams and casting/creative directors.
  • Represent and champion our artists, securing campaigns, editorial features, luxury content, digital initiatives and motion projects.
  • Identify, assess and onboard new talent aligned with our aesthetic vision and growth strategy.
  • Drive pricing negotiations and deal structures to support long‑term artist and company success.
  • Proactively circulate portfolios, newsletters, decks and artist updates to key clients.
  • Manage artist schedules, booking holds and communication pipelines.
  • Provide career guidance: positioning, brand alignment, portfolio strategy and market expansion.
  • Partner with production and post‑production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain CRM tracking, sales pipeline updates and relationship notes.
  • Attend industry events, fashion weeks, exhibitions, dinners and key cultural touchpoints in Paris and Europe.
Requirements
  • 35 years as a Photo Rep / Agent or senior talent‑management role within a creative editorial or production environment.
  • Proven relationships across luxury beauty, fashion editorial and agency networks particularly in Paris (European connections a plus).
  • Demonstrated success booking creative talent and growing revenue.
  • Experience building or scaling an artist roster.
  • Deep understanding of visual culture, luxury standards, creative direction and brand needs.
  • Confident negotiator and strong communicator.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive able to build systems, relationships and processes from the ground up.
  • Highly organized and detail‑focused.
  • Based in Paris with regular in‑person industry presence.
  • French & English bilingual preferred.
