CNRS invites applications for a Doctoral Candidate (R1) in Cognitive Neuroscience, hosted by the CNRS Department Cognition, Langues, Langage, Ergonomie. The project investigates ageing effects on inter-brain synchrony during social interaction, using EEG, ECG and fNIRS, in collaboration with UT2J, IRIT and CERPPS.

The PhD candidate will design experiments, recruit participants, collect multi-modal data, and contribute to analysis and dissemination within an interdisciplinary team, with a strong

Qualifications

• Master's-level training providing an integrative approach to cognitive science.
• Experience with acquisition and processing of neurophysiological data (EEG).
• Programming in R and Python; strong statistical analysis skills.
• Familiarity with literature on human movement science and ageing.

Responsabilités

• Designing and implementing experiments involving motor and social coordination.
• Recruiting participants and collecting EEG, ECG, fNIRS and motor data.
• Monitoring data quality and performing data processing and analysis with collaborators.
• Interpreting results within an interdisciplinary framework and contributing to publications.
