ÉCOLE SUPÉRIEURE DE PHYSIQUE ET DE CHIMIE INDUSTRIELLES DE LA VILLE DE PARIS - PSL is offering up to 14 fully funded PhD fellowships starting from 1 March 2027 under the PRISM programme. The project ROOTSTOCK investigates plant root development under soil mechanical stresses using experimental physics in collaboration with European partners.

Selected candidates will be employed by ESPCI Paris and benefit from international, intersectoral training, mobility opportunities, and a competitive net

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong experimental skills and data analysis ability.
• English proficiency sufficient for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Conduct experimental investigations on plant root development in controlled substrates.
• Collaborate with PMMH researchers and supervisors to develop and test models.
• Contribute to dissemination of results through reports and publications.
