Association Bernard Gregory, on behalf of PSL and LPENS, invites applications for the RubisCO.2 PhD project at Paris area. The project aims to design novel RubisCO enzymes using physics-informed AI and generative modeling, with in vivo validation and international secondments.

The successful candidate will master statistical physics, ML, and Python, work across collaborations with Sorbonne Université, Institut Pasteur, and the University of Chicago, and contribute to an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • Strong background in physics and data-driven modelling.
  • Experience with AI approaches for biological problems.
  • Proficiency in Python and HPC environments.

Responsabilités

  • Develop physics-guided AI models for RubisCO design.
  • Integrate experimental datasets and collaborate with experimental labs.
  • Contribute to cross-disciplinary training and secondments.
