White Circle in France is seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to own a broad set of administrative, logistical, and personal tasks. This hands-on role focuses on calendar and travel coordination, paperwork, appointments, and everyday errands, with minimal supervision and a strong emphasis on reliability and detail.

You will fit in if you are fluent in English and French, highly responsive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

TL;DR: We're looking for a highly organised and resourceful Personal Assistant. This is a hands-on execution role focused on taking ownership of administrative, logistical, and personal tasks: from calendar and travel coordination to paperwork, appointments, and everyday errands. This is not a strategy or business-partner role: success means handling the details reliably, quickly, and with minimal supervision.

We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.

You will
