Job summary

SAP SE is seeking an entry-level HR assistant to support in-house HR services at its Levallois-Perret office. You will guide onboarding, answer policy questions, and handle day-to-day HR tasks within structured processes.

• Awareness of how onboarding, employment documentation, and basic labor law requirements fit together.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees on HR topics in both - French and English, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfort working within structured HR service delivery processes and established guidelines
• Knowledge of HR systems or common productivity tools.
• A genuine willingness to learn local regulatory environments and country-specific employment practices.

You'll support the delivery of in-person HR services, helping employees navigate onboarding, policy queries, and day-to-day HR processes alongside your colleagues.

You'll be part of the P&C Local Services team, working in a structured, team-based environment at SAP's headquarters in Levallois-Perret. Guidance from your colleagues is a regular part of how the team works at this level, and the expectation is that you follow established processes carefully, ask when something is unclear, and approach compliance and employee relations topics with discretion. The contribution at entry level is consistent support, careful documentation, and a genuine commitment to getting the basics right.
