Sword Health is seeking an experienced pediatrician to provide clinical validation and medical oversight for our AI-powered care pathways. This part-time contractor role (approximately 8–16 hours/week) involves developing guidelines, reviewing AI-generated recommendations, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You will help ensure pediatric safety, accuracy, and developmental appropriateness while shaping how our digital health tools deliver child-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
• Experience creating clinical documents, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Strong written communication in English for non-clinical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop pediatric clinical guidelines and evidence-based frameworks informing Sword's AI models and care programs.
• Translate clinical knowledge into content for product, engineering, and data teams.
• Review AI-generated recommendations for clinical accuracy, safety, and developmental appropriateness.
• Contribute to pediatric care pathways, assessment criteria, and outcome metrics.
• Propose innovative AI and digital health approaches in pediatric care.
• Flag clinical risks and work to resolve gaps as the product evolves.
