You will ensure compliance and streamline processes while collaborating with teams across Europe. Qualifications

Payroll Partner

📍 Paris

We’re growing fast and looking for a Payroll Partner to join our European People Operations team in Paris. You’ll report directly to our Payroll Lead for Europe and take full ownership of our French payroll, from start to finish. You’ll be the go‑to expert for everything pay‑related, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great employee experience every step of the way.

You’ll also get hands‑on exposure to other European payrolls (especially Spain and Italy), perfect if you’re curious, ambitious, and want to grow your regional expertise.

We’re a collaborative, fast‑paced, and friendly bunch who love working smarter. You’ll use modern tools like Workday, Payslip, and Google Sheets to help us streamline processes, automate where it makes sense, and deliver an exceptional payroll experience across Europe.

What you’ll do
  • Own it. Run the full French payroll cycle end‑to‑end: data collection, validation, processing, reporting, compliance, the lot.
  • Keep it clean. Use your Google Sheets knowledge (advanced formulas, pivots, validations) to make sure every number adds up.
  • Level it up. Find ways to simplify, automate, and optimize payroll… we love a fresh perspective.
  • Be there for people. Act as a trusted partner for employees, solving payroll questions quickly and clearly.
  • Collaborate. Partner with People Ops, Comp & Ben, and Accounting to keep all payroll inputs accurate and up to date.
  • Stay sharp. Keep an eye on local legislation and help us stay compliant in France and potentially across other EU countries like Spain and Italy.
  • Team up. Work with external providers (pension, insurance, etc.) and help us make those partnerships even stronger.
  • Evolve with us. As we grow, help improve our payroll policies, tools, and ways of working.

You’ll thrive here if you :

  • Speak near‑native French and fluent English
  • Have solid, hands‑on experience managing French payroll and know your way around tax and social security rules.
  • Are great with Google Sheets: you love clean data, smart formulas, and well‑structured spreadsheets.
  • Have experience (or curiosity) with other EU payrolls, especially Spain and Italy: big plus.
  • Enjoy solving problems, spotting inconsistencies, and improving processes.
  • Feel at home in a fast‑paced, international team where collaboration and autonomy go hand in hand.
  • Know (or want to learn) tools like Workday and Payslip. Experience with them is a nice bonus.
