A leading sustainable packaging company is seeking a Shared Service Analyst in France to manage payroll processes. The role involves coordinating between payroll service providers and internal departments while ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years of payroll experience, and strong skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel. The Shared Service Analyst will act as internal payroll specialist and maintain contact with external payroll provider. This role will be responsible for all payroll processing and reporting requirements, both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring all payroll compliance are understood and delivered and delivering all payroll related reconciliations, reporting, actual and forecast/budget.
