Swan is Europe’s embedded banking specialist. Our mission

Banking belongs in business software

Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They’re on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.

But when it comes to financial workflows, there’s still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.

It’s a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn’t just record financial activity — it should run it.

They develop scalable, high-impact solutions within our payment platform by collaborating with clients, internal teams, and financial providers (card acquirers, credit institutions, etc.). This involves evaluating evolving specifications and translating them into thoughtful product capabilities.

You'll have complete ownership of this product domain, working directly with industrial and financial providers outside Swan. Your responsibilities include solving complex challenges—such as enhancing the merchant experience and payment adoption, introducing new payment methods for online and in-store transactions (including terminals and TapToPay), and launching innovative value-added services for merchants.
