• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to calm distressed patients.
• Medical terminology and health insurance background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Patient Access staff in Registration and Financial Clearance.
• Ensure efficient inpatient admission and outpatient testing admissions.
• Oversee pre-registration and financial clearance of hospital services.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations in areas of responsibility.
• Schedule monthly staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education sessions.
• Stay current with Patient Access technologies and provide excellent service.
