Tri-County International Trucks is seeking an oriented professional to assist customers and service technicians with parts needs, manage orders, and stock shelves in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have 2+ years of related experience and prefer medium/heavy duty truck familiarity.

The role includes answering calls, maintaining showroom displays, and keeping catalogs up to date; a high school diploma is required with some college coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• At least two years of work-related experience; medium/heavy duty truck experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fill online orders and stock shelves.
• Check-in and ship parts to customers and maintain core control.

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to: assist/wait on customers and service technicians for parts needs, fill on line orders, achieve assigned sales goals, stock shelves, check-in and ship parts to customers, and maintain core control.

Also handle incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, assist in maintaining showroom displays, parts counter area and catalogs, etc. and keep current with new products and promotions.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, some college level course work preferred, with at least two years of work-related experience, medium/heavy duty truck experience preferred.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers. Drug screen and criminal clearances also required.
