Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment with additional programmatic experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise systems or financial tools.
• Experience gathering requirements from business users and translating them into technical documents and solutions.
• Familiarity with budgeting/financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day functional and technical support for IBIS and BRIDGE.
• Assist with business process documentation, project implementation and user support related to BRIDGE rollout.
• Support Grants-related systems, workflows, and reporting needs.
• Administer various IT tools.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
