Zusammenfassung

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking exceptionally talented individuals to join a Private Banking client service team in Paris. You will work with client advisors and operations to deliver a first-class client experience and maintain confidentiality for private banking clients.

You will collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions to provide timely client service, handle documentation, and support investment ideas and pitches while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• University degree, preferably in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English & French.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy.
• Good judgment and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Aufgaben

• Monitor client accounts and assist with daily account administration.
• Documentation management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC etc.).
• Advisory and brokerage accounts trade execution and daily control over trade settlement.
• Liaising with Operations, Client Service Specialist, Supervisory Management, Risk Management and Investor Support teams.
• Support Business Analysts in preparing, reviewing and approving Investment Performance review presentations for Investors to deliver to clients.
• Assisting in development of marketing pitches and investment ideas presentations. Prepare and review prospect/banking products pitches.
• Maintaining risk management monitoring of the portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes and other compliance issues.
• Internal account maintenance and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports.
