Currie & Brown, a leading international asset management and construction consultancy, seeks a cost consultant in Paris. You will support project leaders with accurate cost advice, deliver assignments across commercial and residential sectors, and help drive knowledge sharing and innovation across projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client liaison, and strong cost management skills, with hybrid working in a dynamic Paris office near major transport links.

Qualificações

• Degree in construction economics, cost management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional fluency in French and knowledge of French construction procurement, contracts and cost conventions if the role will support projects in France.
• MRICS membership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients.
• Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Assuming a supporting role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure information is available for successful project completion; liaising with managers for financial control.
• Undertaking commercial management services with limited supervision.
• Delivering all outputs accurately and on time.
• Providing support to the team leader in cost management of projects.
• Representing the company professionally; meeting and negotiating with clients to build strong relationships.
