A leading fintech company based in Paris is looking for a People Business Partner to support and enhance the HR experience within the organization. The role requires at least three years of HR experience, familiarity with French labor law, and excellent communication skills in both French and English. You'll work closely with managers to optimize team dynamics and ensure compliance in HR practices while also contributing to higher employee satisfaction and engagement. This position offers a salary range of €45,000 to €55,000 annually, with remote working options available.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a close partnering role with managers.
  • Experience in HR for a French-speaking population, especially in Tech and Design.
  • Strong relationship-building with employees.

Responsabilités

  • Act as a business partner supporting around 100 employees.
  • Advise managers on compliance with local labour law.
  • Collaborate with payroll and recruitment teams for HR operations.
