Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Paris, France, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to link Novo with clinical trial sites and study teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in clinical trial monitoring or related pharma/CRO role.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and trial methodology.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient with digital trial tools (EDC, CTMS, eTMF).
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned trial sites from monitoring through inspection readiness.
• Act as liaison between Novo, clinical sites and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits per plan and regulatory requirements.
• Protect patient safety and data integrity; review data and resolve discrepancies.
• Track site performance, recruitment and retention; manage issues early.
• Apply RBQM principles to identify and mitigate risks; support audits.
