Accenture in Paris offers a strategic advisory role within its CEO Strategic Advisory practice. You will work with CEOs, executive committees and boards to shape growth, navigate disruption and evaluate investments.

Responsibilities progress with seniority from Consultant to Director, emphasizing problem solving, client leadership and team growth. You will engage in enterprise strategy, productivity, M&A advisory and portfolio optimization, while driving thought leadership and cross-industry

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading Grande École, engineering school, university or equivalent.
• MBA or postgraduate degree from a top institution is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Advise CEOs, executive teams and boards on their highest-priority strategic challenges
• Structure complex business problems and develop data-driven recommendations, accelerated with AI
• Lead strategic analyses, executive workshops and board-level discussions
• Manage consulting workstreams or end-to-end engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable client impact
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across industries
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and growth of the CEO Advisory practice
• Coach and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture (Manager to Director grades)
