A leading home appliance company in Paris is seeking an experienced Paid Social & Display Manager. You will define strategies across platforms such as TikTok and Meta, manage campaign optimization, and analyze performance data. Ideal candidates have over 4 years of experience in eCommerce, hands-on skills with Meta Business Manager, and are fluent in both French and English. Key Responsibilities
  • Define Paid Social & Display strategy across on-platform (TikTok Shop, Meta Shop) and off-platform tactics (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Video Ads) at brand and category level.
  • Support with day-to-day management and optimisation of Paid Social & Display (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google), including campaign builds and audience creation.
  • Own key performance metrics (Revenue / ROAS / Cost%) versus forecast.
  • Ensure a data-driven approach, exploring opportunities to automate, optimise and improve efficiency / ROAS.
  • Analyse performance data to find growth opportunities and areas to improve.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance insights versus forecast and KPIs.
  • Maintain gold-standard platform hygiene with best-in-class campaign setup and optimisation, working with peers globally.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activity.
  • Test new opportunities / creative and apply learnings to ongoing campaigns.
  • Drive innovation, challenge the ordinary, and support long-term growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams : performance marketing, DTC, marketing, commercial finance, social / influencer.
  • Maximise value from tech platforms and external partners (Meta, TikTok, agencies).
  • Stay up to date with industry news and share learnings with the team.
About You
  • 4+ years’ experience in Paid Social & Display (eCommerce preferred). Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & TikTok Ads / Shop is essential.
  • Commercially minded and results-driven.
  • Motivated self-starter, ambitious, curious and open to testing new ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with a mix of personalities and styles.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with proven multitasking ability.
  • Strong data skills, especially measurement and attribution.
  • Experience with Data Studio and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English .
