Chromalloy is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to support the repair and processing of critical aerospace components. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will work with production materials, equipment, and tooling while following established procedures to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate measuring tools or learn quickly.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate production equipment, fixtures, and tools.
• Blend surfaces and remove or apply material using hand tools and machinery.
• Mix and prepare production materials according to established processes.
• Modify and process parts to required specifications.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality.
• Follow production instructions and specifications with a high level of accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow quality standards, procedures, and inspection requirements.
• Adhere to health, safety, environmental and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
