Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an Oracle Technical Consultant to design, develop and test enterprise financial components within Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, ensuring robust data handling. You will enable seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and Zuora billing, translate complex business logic into technical specs, and support SIT/UAT and month‑end cycles.

A minimum of 8 years in enterprise software with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, strong SQL/PL/OTBI skills, and experience with REST/SOAP services

Qualifications

At least 8 years of hands-on professional experience in enterprise software development, specifically working with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
Strong foundational knowledge of BIP, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling concepts. Experience with API testing tools (such as Postman) and working with REST/SOAP web services.
Demonstrate ability to perform technical troubleshooting, read system logs, and conduct basic root-cause analysis (RCA) to resolve application or data flow errors.
Clear, concise communication skills with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.
