A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Business Analyst in Paris. The candidate must have over 10 years of experience, fluency in French, and a strong background in property management. You will be responsible for designing solutions, leading workshops, and ensuring that implementations meet business needs. The position is to support a major project and will initially last 6 months with extensions possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.
• Expertise in Property Manager and Project modules.
• Fluent in French, able to lead workshops and write documentation.

Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Business Analyst (FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKING)

Next Ventures is looking for an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite Business Analyst to support a major property management integration project within an existing Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 environment.

You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that connect real estate management with core financial modules, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Lead workshops to gather and challenge business requirements
• Design and document functional solutions within Oracle eBusiness Suite R12
• Configure and test modules across GL, AP, FA, PN, and PA
• Support acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, and operations

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (GL, AP, FA)
• Expertise in Property Manager (PN) and Project (PA) modules
• Fluent French speaker (mandatory) – able to lead workshops and write documentation in French
• Strong understanding of real estate management processes
• Solid background in accounting and taxation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
