Job summary

Next Ventures seeks a highly experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant to lead functional design, configuration and delivery for a major Oracle Fusion Cloud programme in Paris. This is a purely functional role requiring broad expertise across the PPM suite.

You will run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, test and support data migration, with two days per week onsite in Paris and fluent French.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise across the Oracle Cloud PPM suite, not limited to a single module.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud PPM implementations from design through go-live.
• Strong knowledge of Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Planning, Budgets/Forecasting and Performance.
• Experience with Capital Projects and Project Resource Management.
• Requirements gathering, process design and functional configuration experience.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle: workshops, design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment.
• Good understanding of PPM integration with Oracle Cloud Financials and related modules.
• Fluent French speaking skills; onsite 2 days/week in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.
• Lead functional workshops and support stakeholders through process and solution design.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud PPM in line with business requirements and Oracle best practice.
• Produce functional specifications and solution documentation where required.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting and data requirements.
• Support end-to-end testing, including SIT and UAT.
• Manage and resolve functional defects and provide expert PPM guidance.
• Support data migration activities and validate migrated PPM data.
• Provide functional support through deployment, cutover and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure the PPM solution integrates effectively with wider Oracle Cloud Financials and other relevant business processes.
• Challenge requirements where appropriate and recommend scalable, standard Oracle solutions.
