Hexaly, a fast-growing software company in Mathematical Optimization, is seeking Operations Research Scientists to join its R&D team. You will develop features, improve algorithms, and fix bugs in Hexaly Optimizer while helping users through dedicated training and support.

You will participate in professional services, building turnkey applications for clients and contributing to a culture of rigorous code reviews, process discipline, and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Operations Research, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• Love algorithms and coding.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with code reviews.
• Very organized and able to follow processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop new features, algorithm improvements, and fix bugs in Hexaly Optimizer.
• Provide Hexaly users with dedicated support and training.
• Participate in Hexaly professional services, developing turnkey applications for clients.
