Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Deep sector knowledge gained through industry experience or consultancy
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to identify trends and present recommendations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings
• Fluency in English and French
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
• Initiative to learn new skills and apply existing ones
• Creativity to generate novel ideas for client problems
• Aptitude for analytical work with large data sets
• Ability to work fluidly with a highly talented team
