FedEx is seeking a Supervisor to provide daily supervision and coordination for a team in the logistics/operations environment. You will ensure task execution, monitor performance, and support development under management supervision.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervising operational teams in transport, strong Excel and reporting skills, and effective communication in English. On-site work with FedEx benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience supervising operational teams in transport
• Strong Excel skills and reporting ability
• Proven leadership, teamwork and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Good communication and ability to conduct debriefs; operational English required

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and coordination for a team of operational and/or administrative employees or subcontractors
• Ensure daily execution of team tasks per local policies
• Monitor performance and support development under supervision of management
• Handle administrative tasks including reporting and contract management when applicable
