FedEx Express France is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a shift of operatives and drivers, drive service level performance, and coach the team for safety, fairness, and efficiency. You will plan and act to meet targets while educating the group on goals and expectations. The ideal candidate has experience supervising a busy freight processing operation, strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills; energetic and detail‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic.
• Have a strong customer focus and good communication skills.
