Groupe ONET is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to organize and supervise multiple worksites in France. You will ensure compliance with specifications and QHSE standards, manage the equipment fleet, and allocate resources according to workload.

You will also oversee hourly volumes and drive improvements with your team. You will lead the operational team, manage schedules and training, and maintain strong relations with institutional partners to promote a positive social climate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management.
• Experience in waste management preferred.
• Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus.

• Analyze site reports in collaboration with the Agency Director.
• Organize, supervise, and lead supervisors and team leaders; establish structure; prevent conflicts; ensure a positive work environment; implement policies.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your missions will be as follows:

Operation :

- Organize and manage various worksites

- Ensure strict adherence to specifications and compliance with QHSE standards,

- Manage the equipment fleet.

- Allocate and adapt resources based on workload

- Manage and control hourly volumes.

- Propose and implement improvement and/or corrective actions

Trade :

- Manage contract follow-up

- Ensure client satisfaction,

- Develop the agency's exceptional and special projects, and prepare quotations

Management and labor relations :

- Supervise the operational team

- Manage the scheduling of work hours, assignments, and training

- Foster strong relationships with institutional partners and ensure an excellent social climate

Management :

- Provide operational management and control salaries/expenses while adhering to the budget

- Monitor management and profitability indicators

- Analyze site reports in collaboration with the Agency Director

Organize, supervise, and lead supervisors and team leaders
Help establish the branch’s organizational structure
Prevent and manage conflicts
Ensure a positive work environment
Lead and implement the policies established by the Branch Manager

Your assets

You have at least 3 years' experience in operations management, ideally in the waste management sector. Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus.

As an experienced manager, you're a good listener who's close to your colleagues. With excellent adaptability skills, you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and pedagogy with your teams.

You are autonomous, reactive, proactive and performance-oriented. You also stand out for your analytical and organizational skills.
