Responsabilités

• Démarrer/redémarrer la station de colle en surveillant les indicateurs.
• Préparer et surveiller le niveau et la qualité de la colle.
• Écraser les déchets de carton des différents départements.
• Répondre aux problèmes techniques au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent.
• Charger les déchets de carton en ballots.
• Communiquer avec les équipes pour assurer un flux de production fluide.

Job Title: Opérateur de production avec CACES 3 H/F

Location: Laval (Mayenne, 53)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Operator with CACES 3 for our factory in Laval (Mayenne, 53), which employs 150 people. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Starting up and shutting down the glue station while monitoring various indicators
• Preparing and monitoring the level and quality of glue
• Shredding waste cardboard from various departments
• Responding to technical issues as they arise
• Loading baled shredded waste
• Communicating with teams to ensure smooth production flow

Candidate Profile:

• Valid CACES 3
• Rigor and professionalism
• Teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures
• Customer satisfaction awareness and understanding of product quality impact
• Basic computer skills, including touchscreen operation (preferred)

• Type of contract: CDI (permanent)
• Full-time position
• Schedule: 3x8 shifts
