Kiewit is seeking a Senior Scheduler to partner with engineering and construction teams in developing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive project schedules. You will build, update, and analyze schedules as milestones are reached, scope changes occur, or new deliverables are added.

You will provide accurate schedule updates to stakeholders, highlighting critical paths, risks, and recovery options, to support planning and execution across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ construction scheduling experience with leadership of other schedulers.
• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering tech, codes, standards, and interdependencies.
• Proficiency in project controls software including Excel and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Work with project teams to plan and schedule projects from concept through construction.
• Develop schedule logic, durations, and resource estimates.
• Assess design changes and schedule slippages and inform stakeholders.
• Maintain critical path networks and historical data for forecasting.
• Prepare standard progress reports and narratives for schedule submittals.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of discipline schedules and revisions.
