Iberdrola seeks a QHSE Manager to lead health, safety, environment and quality at the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm. The role oversees maintenance activities and ensures regulatory compliance, procedures and safety culture across onshore, offshore and contractor teams.

You will advise the Operations Director and O&M teams, develop emergency plans, lead audits and drive continuous improvement in HSQE performance while coordinating with regulators and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Professional Background in Health & Safety with environmental acumen.
• Experience in offshore HSQE during operational phase (wind or Oil & Gas).
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining HSQE policies, plans, procedures and reporting methods.
• Experience driving HSQE performance of internal and external teams.
• Experience in accident investigation.
• Experience in management of Quality systems.
• Highly developed communicator at all levels; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual and task-specific prevention plans.
• Develop HSEQ procedures and ensure implementation across the wind farm.
• Monitor QHSE performance indicators.
• Follow up on accidents, incidents and hazards and submit safety reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and brief management on risks.
• Lead risk and hazard assessment workshops.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Organize inductions, safety talks and site briefings.
• Review QHSE documentation from external contractors.
• Promote zero-accident culture and conduct audits/inspections.
• Represent the company before authorities and internal committees.
• Ensure PPE compliance with regulations.
• Develop training and certification programs.
• Lead QHSE audits of external contractors.
• Provide QHSE supervision for wind farm operations.
• Manage QHSE documentation.
• Contribute to company-wide risk assessments.
