Job Offer – Consultant, Senior Consultant

Location: Paris

REGULATION PARTNERS is an independent consulting firm specializing in banking and financial regulation and risk management, chaired by Marie-Agnès NICOLET

The firm, which currently has around forty salaried consultants, operates in the fields of compliance consulting, internal control, and risk management for banking and financial professionals.

• Conducting compliance and internal control missions (permanent or periodic)
• Regulatory watch
• Intervening in licensing files (management companies, financing companies, fintechs...)
• Conducting diagnostics of compliance, internal control, and risk management systems
• Defining and developing procedures
• Implementing risk mapping and policies
• Participating in the firm's training sessions (creating support materials and leading sessions) – Training accounts for around 10% of the firm's revenue

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of banking and financial professions;
• Writing, analysis, and synthesis skills;
• Strong interest in banking and financial regulations;
• Rigor, curiosity, autonomy, and dynamism;
• Proficiency in English and office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Level of education: BAC+5 (degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university)

Location: the company's headquarters in Paris, with travel to be expected in the provinces and abroad
