Job summary

Morgan Stanley Paris is seeking a motivated intern to support the Transactional Management Group (TMG) in handling documentation for structured products. You will draft and review Termsheets, Final Terms, and Pricing Supplements under the supervision of a French-qualified lawyer, and assist with settlement and listing activities.

Six-month placement in Paris starting January or July 2027, with hands-on exposure to EMEA teams, and collaboration across Sales, Trading and Operations in a leading

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support to EMEA TMG for structured products, drafting/reviewing Termsheets, Final Terms, Pricing Supplements and key information documents.
• Draft and/or review legal documentation for bespoke trades.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, COO and Operations on structured products issues.
