Description and Requirements

Lenovo is expanding its OEM Business Solutions team and seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in OEM solution selling. This client-facing role involves driving revenue and margin through strategic sales of Lenovo’s comprehensive product portfolio, including workstations and client devices. The position requires collaboration across international teams and may involve occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with existing and new OEM customers to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Lead opportunity management and coordinate cross-functional support including marketing, technical pre-sales, and post-sales.
  • Create and execute operational plans for OEM products and related options.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and deliver weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and coverage of OEM offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities in alignment with sales and account teams.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategic decisions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams on OEM technologies and product roadmaps.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in OEM sales or enterprise solution selling, with a strong record of closing large deals.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and business insights.
  • Familiarity with Lenovo’s product portfolio or similar enterprise hardware solutions.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
