A leading fintech company is seeking a full-time Software Engineer to join its core development team in Paris. You'll implement and evolve core products using OCaml, collaborating with quantitative engineers and contributing to cloud-hosted projects. Ideal candidates will have strong software engineering experience and a background in algorithms and data structures. The role offers a hybrid work model, allowing up to 2 remote days per week while working in a high-caliber engineering culture that values R&D and code quality.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience, either professional or significant open-source work.
• Solid foundations in algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication and problem-solving approach.
• Interest or experience in financial markets.
• This is a full-time role based in Paris at LexiFi’s headquarters.
• Hybrid work model — up to 2 remote days per week.

Responsabilités

• Implement new features across the stack (UI, APIs, services) in OCaml.
• Develop services and libraries that power complex financial workflows.
• Improve testing, performance, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with quantitative engineers on models and data pipelines.
• Contribute to deployment and operational excellence.
