Une entreprise de solutions énergétiques recherche un soudeur/tuyautier pour rejoindre son équipe de production à Surgères. Le candidat idéal devra avoir un diplôme en chaudronnerie, des qualifications TIG et en brasure, et des compétences en lecture de plans. Le poste exige du travail minutieux et le respect des normes de sécurité pour garantir l'intégrité des systèmes de tuyauterie des moteurs requalifiés.

Qualifications

• Diploma in metalworking: Professional Bac in metalworking / BEP in metalworking.
• TIG welding qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel and Brazing qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel would be a plus.
• Good reading skills for metalworking plans.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the inspection of pipes of the engine to be requalified.
• Shape pipes according to plans.
• Perform TIG welding on Steel / Stainless Steel.
• Carry out brazing operations with a torch.
• Ensure the traceability of parts at each stage.

We are recruiting a Pipefitter / Welder to join the production team of our workshop in Surgères.

The team\'s mission is to carry out the requalification of the piping of nuclear backup engines that are refurbished in our workshop. To do this, they perform disassembly, inspection, repair, fabrication, and reassembly of the entire piping system.

Responsibilities (English)

• Participate in the inspection of the pipes of the engine to be requalified,
• Shape the pipes (bending, cutting to length) according to piping plans and/or according to the original pipes of the engine,
• Perform TIG welding on Steel / Stainless Steel while applying the defined DMOS,
• Carry out brazing operations with a torch on Steel / Stainless Steel while respecting the defined DMOS,
• Ensure the traceability of parts and subassemblies at each stage of production,
• Acknowledge and comply with safety and quality instructions applicable to the workshop, sector, and workstation (posters, job sheets, procedures, quality plan...),
• Verify that production, lifting, and control means are compliant before using them,
• Perform first-level maintenance operations when defined, maintain, clean, and organize the workstation according to the established 5S standards,
• Report safety incidents (near misses, dangerous situations) and quality issues (non-conformities) through We Care and SAP notifications,
• Propose safety and quality improvement actions related to your activity,
• Daily report the time spent (SAP, attendance sheet...)

Qualifications (English)

• Diploma in metalworking: Professional Bac in metalworking / BEP in metalworking
• TIG welding qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel and Brazing qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel would be a plus
• Good reading skills for metalworking plans,
• Rigor / professional awareness

Responsabilités (Français)

• Participer à l\'expertise des tuyaux du moteur à requalifier,
• Réaliser la mise en forme des tuyaux (cintrage, mise à longueur) selon des plans de tuyautage et/ou selon les tuyaux d\'origine du moteur,
• Réaliser des soudures TIG Acier / Inox en appliquant les DMOS définis,
• Réaliser les opérations de brasure chalumeau sur Acier / Inox en respectant les DMOS définis,
• Garantie la traçabilité des pièces, sous-ensembles à chaque étape de réalisation,
• Prend connaissance et respecte les consignes sécurité et qualité applicables à l\'atelier, au secteur, au poste de travail (affichage, fiche de poste, gammes, plan qualité...),
• Vérifie que les moyens de production, de levage et de contrôle sont conformes avant de les utiliser,
• Réalise les opérations de maintenance premier niveau lorsque cela est défini, entretien, nettoie et range son poste selon les standards 5S en place,
• Déclare les aléas sécurité (presqu\'accident, situation dangereuse) et qualité (non-conformité) au travers des We care et de notifications SAP,
• Propose des actions d\'amélioration sécurité et qualité sur son activité,
• Déclare journalièrement les temps réalisés (SAP, feuille de présence...)

Qualifications (Français)

• Diplome en chaudronnerie : Bac Pro chaudronnerie / BEP Chaudronnerie
• Qualifications soudure TIG Acier/Inox et Qualification Brasure Acier/inox serait un plus
• Bonne lecture de plan de chaudronnerie,
• Rigueur / conscience professionnelle
