Wärtsilä Corporation seeks a Pipefitter / Welder for its workshop in Surgères to requalify engine piping. You will disassemble, inspect, repair, fabricate and reassemble piping systems, performing TIG welding and brazing on steel and stainless steel while ensuring traceability and compliance with safety and quality procedures.

The role requires a metalworking diploma, TIG qualifications (advantageous) and rigorous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma in metalworking or BEP in metalworking.
• TIG welding qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel would be a plus.
• Rigor / professional awareness is required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect pipes and requalify piping per plans.
• Shape pipes by bending and cutting to length.
• Perform TIG welding on Steel/Stainless Steel.
• Carry out brazing operations with a torch on Steel/Stainless Steel.
• Ensure traceability of parts and comply with safety/quality instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 5S standards.
