Job summary

Projecttech Algerie is seeking a Civil Works Engineer – MOEX to supervise on-site civil works for a nuclear project. You will ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule adherence while coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include supervising formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring; managing non-conformities; and maintaining stringent site procedures under MOEX. French nationality is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Successful initial experience in civil engineering work supervision within a nuclear environment.
• Good knowledge of concrete pouring, formwork, and reinforcement works.
• MOEX (Construction Supervision for Execution) experience is mandatory.
• French nationality is mandatory due to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution monitoring of civil engineering works on the construction site.
• Supervise formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and reinforced concrete operations.
• Verify compliance of works with engineering studies, drawings and technical specs.
• Identify deviations and oversee corrective actions.
• Coordinate interface between project management, contractors and stakeholders.
