Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven project management experience, preferably in the nuclear sector.
• PMP certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with senior-level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project financials (cost control, revenue recognition, forecasting, cash flow).
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and ensure successful execution of large-scale, multi-site nuclear projects in a matrix organization.
• Define and implement a multi-site execution strategy, including master scheduling, procurement strategy, resource allocation, and risk & opportunity management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project management, planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics and finance.
• Monitor project execution and drive performance against safety, quality, cost, lead time, revenue, margin, and cash flow objectives.
• Provide high-level reporting to leadership and customers.
• Act as Emerson’s representative with key clients, including senior-level communication and stakeholder alignment.
