OECD - Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) seeks a Software Engineer to develop and deploy a modern database and software infrastructure for the NEA Data Bank, including its CPS service. You will implement secure workflows, APIs, and scalable data management solutions across teams in Paris.

We value CI/CD proficiency, Python/Django expertise, and experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of software development experience.
• Proven use of CI/CD pipelines, software version control, database administration and containerisation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical fields.
• Knowledge of nuclear engineering, physics, reactor simulation or modelling of nuclear systems would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Modernise the CPS workflow: develop secure, efficient software and database infrastructure for code and benchmark distribution.
• Integrate new software into broader NEA IT infrastructure and enable logging/reporting of CPS distribution activities.
• Maintain and monitor Data Bank digital services and infrastructure, re-implement legacy functionality in modern languages while preserving business logic.
• Assist senior staff with API-enabled frameworks for managing nuclear data and related datasets.
