Votre Mission

En tant que représentant(e) de HOFF, vous serez le visage de la marque, en veillant à offrir à chaque client une expérience d’achat unique tout en contribuant au succès du magasin.

• Expérience Client : Accueillir, engager et conseiller les clients afin de rendre chaque visite mémorable.
• Support Commercial : Contribuer aux ventes en identifiant les besoins des clients, en présentant les produits et en soutenant l’atteinte des objectifs du magasin.
• Merchandising Visuel : Participer au maintien de l’image du magasin en respectant les directives et standards HOFF.
• Opérations : Aider aux opérations quotidiennes : réassort, cabines d’essayage, encaissement si nécessaire.
• Esprit d’Équipe : Collaborer avec vos collègues pour créer une atmosphère inspirant et positive en boutique.

Your mission

As a the team representing HOFF, you’ll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store’s success.

• Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.
• Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards.
• Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.
• Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.

Interested?

Here's the kind of profile we're looking for 🕵️♀️

• 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in high-volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands.
• A natural flair for customer service and sales.
• Intermedium level of spoken English (other languages will be highly valued).
• Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
• A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
• Valid work permit for France is required.
