New Balance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead its strategic and operational marketing efforts in France. This leadership role is essential to driving brand growth, market share and relevance by bridging lifestyle and performance categories and delivering impactful, consistent brand experiences across all channels.
As Head of Marketing France, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the local brand strategy and leading its execution across all consumer touchpoints. You will be responsible for continuing to build and elevate the brand by translating global direction into locally relevant and nuanced plans, driving visibility, engagement, and sell-through across both lifestyle and performance categories.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, with a deep understanding of the french media landscape and the ability to navigate cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
👉 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally in sport, footwear or fashion.
Experience in building global brands with local relevance
👉 Proven ability to lead cross‑functional marketing teams across brand, comms, digital and trade.
👉 Strong experience balancing lifestyle and performance marketing strategies.
👉 Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
👉 Strategic thinker with a strong brand‑building track record.
👉 Proficient in digital tools, analytics and omnichannel strategy.
👉 Comfortable operating in a complex matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
👉 Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence internally and externally.
