Medpace is the leading CRO for Biotech companies and is expanding its Clinical Trial Management Group in France, especially in Lyon. We seek Clinical Trial Managers with CNS expertise or willing to broaden into new areas, offering remote flexibility with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health or life science; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience, CRO experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage timelines and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight with training for team members.
• Review study protocol and related documents; input for final study report.
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk.
• Oversee study vendors and site quality; supervise CRAs.
