A recruitment agency is seeking a NetSuite Solution Architect (Functional) for a 4-month contract, mainly remote with occasional on-site work. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in NetSuite Finance modules, proven experience in functional solutions design, and is proficient in both French and English. Key responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring quality delivery in a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Deep functional expertise in NetSuite Finance modules.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including GL, AP, AR, and more.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end functional solution design for NetSuite.
• Lead requirements workshops with Finance stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance on NetSuite configuration.

Job Title: NetSuite Solution Architect (Functional)

Contract: 4 months

Location: Mainly remote, occasional on-site (Europe)

Workload: 5 days per week

Language: Fluent French and English

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional solution design for NetSuite with a strong focus on Finance.
• Lead requirements workshops with senior Finance stakeholders, challenging and refining business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional designs, avoiding unnecessary customisation.
• Act as the functional lead across Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
• Provide architectural guidance on NetSuite configuration, integrations and data flows.
• Support post go-live optimisation, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with technical teams, developers and external partners to ensure quality delivery.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Deep functional expertise in NetSuite Finance modules.
• Strong accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets).
• Experience designing solutions for multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence Finance leadership.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
