Job summary

PUR is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the structuring of nature-based solutions investments across carbon, agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, and more. You will collaborate with Finance, Technical, and Operations to translate field opportunities into bankable investment cases.

The role offers exposure to multiple geographies and projects, with long-term partnerships and potential blended financing to scale impact. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in investment, finance, or project structuring.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills in real assets, project finance, or fund monitoring.
• Ability to understand and articulate financial and impact dimensions (carbon, biodiversity, social impact).

Responsibilities

• Support origination, analysis, and structuring of NbS investment opportunities across regions.
• Build and maintain financial models and monitor project-level valuation.
• Prepare investor-ready materials and participate in investor engagement and due diligence.
