Micron is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to own NAND Flash memory test programs and ensure readiness throughout development and high-volume manufacturing.

You will develop and maintain test strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize test time, and introduce AI-assisted tooling to improve efficiency. A background in engineering and strong programming in C/C++/Python is required, with a growth mindset and leadership experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills; C/C++/Python knowledge.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own test programs for Micron NAND Flash memory projects and ensure program readiness.
• Develop and maintain wafer and package functional test strategies.
• Collaborate across test solutions and production engineering for new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing.
• Improve yield, reliability, and quality via test condition optimization and data analysis.
• Introduce AI-enabled enhancements and integrate AI tools into daily work.
