Job summary

Deezer is seeking a Market Research Intern to join our Paris-based Market Research team. You will support delivering consumer insights that deepen our understanding of the music streaming market and contribute to reports and presentations.

This 6-month internship in Paris starts in March 2027. You will work on analyzing consumer behavior, conducting desk research, and benchmarking across markets and competitors, collaborating with an international team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's in marketing, consumer insights, or related field.
• Prior experience in market research, consumer insights, data analysis, benchmarking, or related area.
• Curious about consumer behavior and able to identify signals and trends.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and comfort with numbers.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, proactive, and able to summarize information effectively.
• Able to work in a collaborative, international environment.
• Strong written and spoken English; French or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse consumer research projects and strategic questions.
• Analyze consumer insights, behaviors, preferences, and trends using primary and secondary sources.
• Conduct desk research and benchmarks on markets, competitors, offerings, and trends.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities to inform decisions.
• Create clear, concise, and visual reports and presentations for internal teams.
