Amazing Athletes is hiring Youth Sports Coaches to teach multi-sport classes for children ages 18 months to 12 years in the Nashville area. New coaches can work 5–25 classes per week, earning $18/hr up to $30/hr. We provide ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you succeed on a flexible, part-time schedule.
Travel to local schools, daycares, and community centers, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles or franchise ownership within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel to coach at locations in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Fairview, Thompson Station and Spring Hill.
- Ideally based within 30 minutes of one or more service areas.
- Fingerprinting and Tennessee background check required.
- Experience working with children or a background in sports is preferred.
- Must have access to a mobile device for scheduling and class management.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with kids.
- Desire to grow with our expanding team and make a long-term impact.
- Must be available to start immediately, with a few hours of training each week.

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation’s largest multi-sport enrichment programs, with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year.
New coaches can work5–25 classes per week, earning$18/hr up to $30/hr. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

Thispart-timeposition offers **flexible hours—primarily in the mornings—**making it a great fit alongside other commitments.
Most classes are held during the morning and early afternoon on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have availability during some or all of the following times:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PMand2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Classes are held at various schools, parks, and recreational centers throughout the area. While assignments are typically clustered within a specific region, coaches must be comfortable traveling and should be willing to drive up to an hour for some locations.
- Must be at least18 years old
- Must have avalid driver’s licenseandreliable transportation

- Coach referral program: Earn $100–$200 for every coach you recommend
